The protection of your personal data is important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR).
Contact
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on to third parties without your consent.
Data storage
We store the following data in order to prepare cost estimates and preliminary discussions: Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. If no contractual relationship is established, this data is deleted after a period of one year. If a contractual relationship is established, it is possible that further data will have to be stored for the purpose of fulfilling the order. This data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, the processing of your order is not possible. Furthermore, your data will be passed on to a tax consultant for the fulfilment of our obligations under tax law. Unless otherwise agreed with you, the stored data will be deleted after fulfilment of the contract, unless a subsequent contractual relationship is established. All data required for invoicing purposes will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).
Data collection on the website
When you visit the website, data is collected by our IT systems. The web servers generate log files which contain the following information:
- the pages accessed (URL)
- the browser or browser version
- the operating system used
- the referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- host name and IP address of the accessing computer
- the time of the server request
This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website and is necessary for reasons of operational security, to compile access statistics or to detect errors. The IP is anonymised and can therefore no longer be assigned to your visit to our website.
